Dr. Karen E. Boyle specializes in male fertility and reproductive medicine including vasectomy, microsurgical vasectomy reversals, microsurgical varicocele repair, and all sperm retrieval procedures for IVF including microdissection testicular and sperm extraction. She performs comprehensive evaluation and treatment of the infertile male, and works closely with reproductive endocrinologists. Dr. Boyle also focuses on male and female sexuality. Her specialties also include male aesthetic procedures which include tumescent liposuction and liposculpting, correction of penoscrotal webbing, male pubic lift and liposuction to improve penile length perception, as well as female aesthetic procedures that include tumescent liposuction and liposculpting, Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation (LVR), Designer Laser Vaginoplasty (DLV), labiaplasty, and hymenoplasty.
A frequent contributor to national publications such as Men's Health, Cosmopolitan and Playboy, Dr. Boyle was also a featured physician in the ABC TV documentary Hopkins, and appeared as a guest on Barbara Walter's The View. She is a medical expert for Good Morning America Health. Dr. Karen E. Boyle has also published extensively on topics including vasectomy reversal, male infertility and assisted reproductive technology, and has authored book chapters on Sexual Dysfunction, Treatment of Male Infertility and Urologic Surgery.

Dr. Fenig serves as a male fertility consultant for Shady Grove Reproductive Science Center. Dr. Fenig also treats numerous male sexual health issues including erectile dysfunction, male hypogonadism, and Peyronie's disease. He has a special interest in the preservation of erectile function after prostate cancer treatment. Other clinical interests include benign prostate disorders, stone disease, and male incontinence.
Dr. Fenig is a recipient of the International Volunteers in Urology Traveling Resident Scholar Award and the Frank Hinman, Jr. Research Award. A member of the American Urological Association, the American Society of Reproductive Medicine, the Sexual Medicine Society and the Endourological Society, Dr. Fenig has co-authored numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals and has presented at national urology and sexual medicine conferences. Dr. Fenig has also authored book chapters on male infertility and urologic surgery.
