Summit ASCs Receive Re-Accreditation

Chesapeake Urology’s Summit Ambulatory Surgery Centers recently received re-accreditation by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc. (AAAHC). Chesapeake Urology (Chesapeake) has 14 AAAHC-certified ambulatory surgery centers located throughout Maryland.

Dr. Gayed is a urologic oncologist and serves as the director of urologic oncology at Saint Agnes Hospital. He specializes in the treatment and management of kidney, prostate, bladder, ureteral, testicular, penile, and adrenal cancers, including the use of robotics, laparoscopy, focal therapy, and open surgical techniques. He also focuses on urinary diversion (continent and incontinent).
