Cheryl Shih, M.D.
Dr. Shih provides general urologic care for both men and women and focuses on robotic and minimally invasive surgery, enlarged prostate (BPH), kidney stones and erectile dysfunction. In addition, she specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of benign and malignant kidney tumors, urethral stricture disease, bladder control issues, hematuria, bladder cancer and PSA Counseling.
Dr. Shih's awards and recognitions include the Resident as Teacher Award, the 2014 Institute for Simulation and Interpersonal Studies Innovation Award, the Warren H. Chapman Resident Research Award, and the In-Service Exam Award all from the University of Washington, Department of Urology, and the Society of Women in Urology Travel Award, Clinical Mentoring Conference.
She is a member of the American Urogynecologic Society and the American Urological Association.
Dr. Shih is a frequent speaker on urological issues and has published articles in multiple medical journals on urologic topics including bladder cancer, urinary diversion, urinary retention and bladder disorders.
