Sigman, M.D., F.A.C.S., was recently named Chief of Urology at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore and Rian J. Dickstein, M.D., F.A.C.S., was named Chief of Urology at the University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center. In addition, Ryan C.
