Chesapeake Urology Associates announces three new administrative directors and customer relations specialist

BALTIMORE - Chesapeake Urology Associates (CUA) announces the addition of three new administrative directors and customer relations specialist, further establishing Chesapeake Urology Associates as the premier urology group in the greater Baltimore metropolitan area.
Michael Azzaro joins CUA as chief operating officer (COO). A certified public accountant, Azzaro brings 25 years of senior management experience in the healthcare industry. A graduate of Villanova University, Azzaro was attracted to CUA due to the strong emphasis on successfully servicing the community. "Working in health care for most of my career, I enjoy the opportunity to participate in assisting people improve their quality of life," said Azzaro. A native of New Jersey, Azzaro formerly was a Senior Vice President with NeighborCare At Home/Omnicare, and before that he served as Regional Vice President of Apria Healthcare Group.
Doug Finger joins CUA as director of training. Finger previously worked with Zurich Financial Services Small Business Division and became the SBU's first director of Electronic Marketing. There he outfitted remote staff with many new technology tools. Prior to Zurich, Finger was Vice President of Call Center for Chevy Chase Bank, FSB, Laurel, MD. He has a BS in Business management from Towson State University.
David O'Dell joins CUA as director of information technology. A Baltimore native, O'Dell is fascinated with the ever-changing nature of information technology. With over 20 years experience in the field, he has a variety of work experience ranging from the federal government to Fortune 500 companies. O'Dell received MBA honors in Computer Science from Towson University and from the University of Maryland.
Ryan Swailes joins CUA as customer relations specialist. Previously a pharmaceutical representative with Sanofi-Aventis, Swailes will focus on promoting Chesapeake Urology Associates as the nation's second largest urology practice, while providing top quality service to all CUA customers. Swailes grew up in the Montoursville, PA and received his undergraduate degree in education and psychology from Lycoming College.
