Background
Dr. Friedlander has been a urologist for more than 25 years. In addition to general urology, his special interests include erectile dysfunction and penile implant surgery, and minimally invasive surgery for enlarged prostate (BPH), including the new UroLift® System treatment. Dr. Friedlander also has interests in kidney stone disease, vasectomy, and urologic cancers.
Dr. Friedlander is an investigator with Washington Hospital Center and has performed clinical research for a variety of urologic conditions including BPH, bladder and prostate cancers, erectile dysfunction, and urinary incontinence.
He previously served as the Past Chief, Department of Urology at Shady Grove Hospital where he was also on the Medical Executive Committee.
